• Responsible for managing the operations of four health facilities, the largest clinical reference laboratory in the San Joaquin Valley, five free standing urgent care centers and miscellaneous services.
• Worked with community groups and physicians to build a health facility in Oakhurst, a rural mountain community.

St. Rose Hospital

• Administrator and C.E.O. of this non-profit Catholic hospital in Hayward, California.
• Developed and implemented an economic turn around program which reduced cost, expanded services to the community and increased revenue.

• Director of Network Development of this health insurance plan owned by The Hartford and New York Life.
• Created a provider network by negotiating contracts with Hospitals and physicians throughout Northern California.
